Philosophie superfood raw fudge
free of dairy, gluten, sugar, soy
serves 2 [unless you eat it all, like I did… no regrets.]
ingredients
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 tbsp Philosophie cacao magic vegan protein & superfood powder [optional]
a little less than 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp nut or seed butter [I used Nuttzo seven nut & seed butter]
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
pinch each of ground cinnamon, turmeric, cardamom, sea salt
1/2 tbsp hemp seeds to top [before freezing]
instructions
Melt coconut oil in small stovetop on low heat before mixing in the remaining ingredients.
Stir everything together to combine and pour into mold/onto wax paper.
Freeze until firm [up to 1 hour].
Remove from mold to enjoy and keep refrigerated/in freezer [it will melt in your hands/mouth!].[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
