ingredients

1 tbsp Philosophie Cacao Magic vegan protein & superfood powder [or sub 1/2-1 tbsp raw cacao powder]
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds
1 tbsp Nuttzo Crunchy Seven Nut & Seed Butter [sub nut butter of choice]
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
1/2 tbsp cacao nibs [optional]
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup [optional, if you like it sweeter]
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp each ground cardamom + turmeric
1 pinch sea salt
1/4 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen [or seasonal berries of choice]
instructions
Combine all ingredients except berries and place in fridge overnight, or 2-4 hours.

- 1 tbsp Philosophie cacao magic vegan protein & superfood powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds
- 1 tbsp Nuttzo Crunchy Seven Nut & Seed Butter [sub nut butter of choice]
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
- 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs [optional]
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1-2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup [optional, if you like it sweeter]
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/8 tsp grund turmeric
- 1 pinch sea salt
