peachy green vanilla hemp protein smoothie

I am normally not a huge fan of protein powders, but Manitoba Harvest makes clean hemp protein that can easily be thrown into smoothies, baked goods, overnight oats and more.

This concoction is super satisfying, filling, and sneakily green.

free of dairy, gluten, soy, refined sugar

 

ingredients

1/4 avocado
1 handful swiss chard or spinach
1 serving vanilla hemp protein powder [or protein powder of choice, add 1 tsp vanilla extract]
1 tbsp each chia + ground flax seeds
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds [extra to top]
1 tbsp tahini or nut butter of choice
1 tbsp coconut oil [optional]
1 tbsp raw honey [use maple syrup if vegan]
1/2 tsp cinnamon [extra to top]
1/8 tsp turmeric
pinch sea salt
1/2-1 cup h20 or liquid of choice

  • 1 handfull swiss chard or spinach
  • 1 serving vanilla hemp protein powder [or protein powder of choice, add 1 tsp vanilla extract]
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds [extra to top]
  • 1 tbsp tahini or nut butter of choice
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil [optional]
  • 1 tbsp raw honey [use maple syrup if vegan]
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2-1 cup h20 or liquid of choice
  • 1 tbsp walnuts chopped [to top]
