free of dairy, gluten, soy, refined-sugar, grains

ingredients
1 peach [sub nectarine or plum]
1/4 avocado
3-5 mint leaves, fresh
1/4 tsp ginger, fresh and minced [to taste]
10-14 raw almonds, soaked in boiled water for 10-20 minutes [drain, rinse and peel]
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maca powder [optional]
1 generous dash each cinnamon and cardamom [to taste]
1 cup h2o [edit to desired consistency; sub coconut or maple water]
