Add a heaping spoonful of my favorite Anita’s Coconut Yogurt for more healthy fats, creaminess and tastiness.

free of dairy, gluten, soy, refined-sugar, nuts
serves 1
ingredients
1 handful greens of choice
1/3 cup cherries, halved [fresh or frozen]
1/4 large avocado
1 large tbsp tahini
1 tbsp each chia, ground flax + hemp seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/8 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/8 tsp cardamom, ground
1/8 tsp turmeric, ground
1 pinch sea salt + black pepper
1/2-1 cup h20 or coconut water [I used beet stock by boiling beets + saving the water]
