ingredients

½ cup raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup

½ tsp vanilla extract

pinch sea salt

¼ tsp each turmeric + cinnamon [to taste]

1 tbsp hemp seeds to top

 

instructions

melt coconut oil in saucepan on low heat.

stir in raw cacao/cocoa powder + remaining ingredients until combined.

pour into mold or cookie sheet lined w/ parchment paper to prevent sticking.

top with nuts/seeds of choice.

freeze for 30-40 min until hard.

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds or topping of choice

Instructions

  • pour into mold or cookie sheet lined w/ parchment paper to prevent sticking.
