organic hurricane hot cocoa
vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free
- 2 cups almond milk (or unsweetened non-dairy milk of choice)
- 4 tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened, to taste [or raw cacao])
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (to taste)
- cinnamon (to taste)
- 1 pinch sea salt (generous)
- 1 tsp honey (to taste)
- 4 drops liquid stevia (to taste [optional, for added sweetness])
- lots of love
- combine everything in a pot and let simmer until warm, stirring occasionally.
- top with pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder.
