spread the [holiday] health | holiday spice chocolate chia pudding

My mission and passion in life is to spread the health. What better way to encourage this then by bringing healthy dishes to pass around at holiday potlucks and parties?

Sharing is caring, and the love that goes into making food for others is lightyears more tangible than in store-bought goods. Who doesn’t love seeing the satisfied look of friends or family when you serve them something you created in the kitchen?

We can spread the health through food in the same way it catches on through words, or even by being present and fully listening to another. So as you drool down the potluck line or pass down holiday dishes at the table, remember the importance of passing down compassion, an open mind, and good vibes [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][with a healthy treat to follow – recipe conveniently located below].

One of the reasons I love the brand ALOHA and their nutritional products is because of the ways in which their mission relates to mine: to keep minds, bodies, and the earth healthy in ways that are simple and sustainable [as in eco-friendly and attainable]. Join us in sharing healthy holiday joy and check out the recipe below to contribute to your upcoming seasonal soiree, whether you’re brining a dish to pass around at parties or serving yourself while you cozy up on your couch.
