vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free

serves 1

 

ingredients

1/3 cup purely elizabeth ancient grain organic oatmeal

2/3 cup Pacific Foods unsweetened hemp milk [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][or non-dairy milk of choice]

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp cardamom

1/4 tsp turmeric

1 tbsp Woodstock Foods organic tahini [sub or add nut/seed butter of choice]

1 tbsp Eden unsweetened apple sauce [optional]

2 tsp pure maple syrup

1 small persimmon, skin removed + chopped

pinch sea salt

pumpkin seeds + cashews to garnish

instructions

cook oats as directed in non-dairy milk of choice.

before fully cooked stir in spices, tahini + maple syrup.
