apple sauce chia pudding

Use your favorite organic, unsweetened apple sauce. Seen here with almond milk matcha latte from Grass Roots Juicery in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

 

serves 1

vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free

 

ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce [I like Eden Organic‘s]

1 tbsp chia seeds [I like Bob’s Red Mill]

1 tbsp raw almond butter [I use Once Again Nut Butter or Woodstock Foods]

1/4 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg + ginger

1/8 tsp ground turmeric

pinch sea salt

 

instructions

combine everything + place in fridge for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
