pear honey walnut toasts

serves 1

free of dairy, gluten, soy, refined-sugar

 

ingredients

2 slices Le Pain Quotidien Organic Super Seed Gluten-Free Bread, toasted [sub bread of choice]

1/2 large or 1 small Bosc pear, thinly sliced

2 tbsp walnuts, chopped

1 tbsp coconut oil

1-2 tbsp tahini or nut/seed butter of choice [optional]

1-2 tsp raw local honey, to taste

love

 

ground spices to taste

cinnamon

nutmeg

ginger

turmeric [optional]

sea salt

 

Toast, top, and enjoy.
