superfood oatmeal
vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats purely elizabeth organic original ancient grain oatmeal
- 2/3 cup coconut milk or nut/seed milk of choice
- 1/4 avocado ripe, mashed
- 1-2 tbsp sunflower butter or nut/seed butter of choice
- 1-2 tbsp coconut shreds unsweetened
- ½ - 1 tsp green powder healthforce nutritionals vitamineral green powder [or green powder of choice]
- cinnamon to taste
- sea salt to taste
- walnuts to garnish
- goji berries to garnish
Instructions
- cook oatmeal as directed.
- before oatmeal is finished cooking stir in green powder, cinnamon, salt, 1 tbsp of the coconut shreds.
- remove from heat, stir in sunflower seed/almond butter and mashed avocado until thoroughly combined.
- garnish with rest of coconut shreds, chopped walnuts, goji berries to taste.
