chai avocado persimmon smoothie bowl

you will not believe how amazing this is.

 

vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free

serves 1-2, depending on how hungry you are…

 

ingredients

1 scoop/serving Vega One vanilla chai nutritional shake

1/2 avocado

1 small persimmon, skin removed

1 handful frozen kale stems [optional]

4 tbsp Anita’s Creamline coconut yogurt [add more to taste]

2 tbsp raw almond butter [i love Woodstock Foods]

1 tbsp chia seeds [i used Bob’s Red Mill]

1/4 tsp ground turmeric [i love Frontier Co-op]

1/2 cup water [add to desired consistency]

 

optional toppings

cinnamon + nutmeg to taste

pumpkin + chia seeds

  • 1 scoop vega vanilla chai nutritional shake [1 serving]
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 persimmon small, skin removed
  • 1 handfull frozen kale stems optional
  • 4 tbsp anita's creamline coconut yogurt add more to taste
  • 2 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric ground
  • 1/2 cup water add to desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • blend all ingredients until smooth + add desired toppings.
  • [if not using vega nutritional shake: sub 2 dates, spices + protein powder of choice]
