vanilla mango spice smoothie bowl

My friend Ksenia of Breakfast Criminals, who also created the adorable heart bowl pictured above, offered me this clean and delicious protein powder to try; needless to say my tummy is very pleased.
A perfect protein punch with a bit of mango sweetness, healing spices, and of course love.

free of dairy, gluten, refined sugar, soy
serves 1
ingredients
1 serving Sprout Living Epic Protein Powder in vanilla lucuma [or protein powder of choice + 1/2 tsp vanilla extract]
1/3 cup mango, chopped [fresh or frozen]
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp tahini [or nut/seed butter of choice]
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds, ground
1/8 tsp turmeric, ground
1/4 tsp cardamom, ground
1 pinch sea salt
3/4 cup h20 [sub coconut water, nut/seed milk, or liquid of choice]
2-3 ice cubes [optional]
cinnamon to top
local honey to taste [optional, if you like it sweeter]

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds ground
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric ground
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom ground
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 3/4 cup h2o [sub coconut water, nut/seed milk, or liquid of choice]
  • 2-3 ice cubes optional
  • cinnamon to top
  • raw local honey to taste [optional, if you like it sweeter]
