free of dairy, gluten soy, refined-sugar

serves 1

 

ingredients

1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats

1 packet VIVARISE Lean Green

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds

1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds

1-2 tsp poppy seeds

1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds

1 tbsp lemon zest [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][to taste]

1 pinch sea salt

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground cardamom

1/8 tsp ground turmeric [optional]

1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

1 tbsp tahini [or nut/seed butter of choice]

1 tsp raw local honey or maple syrup [optional]

3/4-1 cup h2o, coconut water or liquid of choice [add to desired consistency]

 

instructions

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
