A Meditation for Anxious Minds

A practice in awareness & compassion

Here’s a brief chat and ~10-minute meditation to help get into the body and anchor into the present moment, bring awareness to a current experience that’s triggering anxiety, and invite in compassion for yourself + the experience as best you can.

For the record, I’m not trying to make anxiety my whole personality—I’ve just been noticing that many of us have been navigating it lately, whether it’s related to work, health, finances, relationships, or world news.

This particular meditation isn’t about finding solutions or manifesting the most ideal outcome—it’s about practicing loving awareness and holding space for yourself during anxious times.

Because once awareness becomes more habitual, solutions become clearer.
